This page is maintained by the Reachvo team to answer common privacy questions about how we handle your data. It is not a legal certification. Reachvo, Inc. ("we", "us") operates the Reachvo workspace at reachvo.com.

What we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, workspace), data you create in Reachvo (drafts, campaigns, prospects), and metadata from connected accounts you authorize (LinkedIn profile, email inboxes).

How we use it

To operate the product, personalize AI suggestions, monitor deliverability, and improve Reachvo. We do not sell your data.

Subprocessors

We use a small set of vetted infrastructure providers for hosting, payments, and email delivery. The full list is available on request.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings → Workspace. For requests, email privacy@reachvo.com.
